The Body-Solid Ball Target is a heavy-duty steel circular throwing target that attaches easily to several Body-Solid cross training pieces including the SPR1000 Power Rack, SPR500 Half Rack, SPRACB Power Rack Connecting Bar as well as the SR-HEX and SR-HEXP Hexagon Rig Systems.

Providing an easy-to-use target with a 18.5” diameter, the Body-Solid Ball Target is perfect for training with wall balls, slam balls and medicine balls of all sizes. Constructed with heavy-duty steel, all-welded construction and weighing 28 lbs, the Body-Solid Ball Target is designed to not shake or move upon impact providing reliability during high-intensity workout sessions.
