Multi-position handles provide greater exercise variety. The 1:2 pulley ratio is ideal for heavy, controlled movements that build muscle and strength, like a chest press or lat pulldown. Low starting weight and small incremental weight changes make it easy for users of any ability level to get started and build progressions.

Clearly indicated adjustment points make use intuitive, one-handed pulley adjustment offers easy operation, and placards highlight targeted muscle groups and proper user positioning for a wide range of exercises.
