Ideal for use in bench presses, squats, rack pulls, and bar shrugs. Body-Solid GPRSF Safeties give users peace of mind while working out without worrying about potential failure injuries. The safeties are easily adjusted in 1" increments on the GPR400 Power Rack. Each safety is built to handle over 1000 lbs., providing users with comfort and security during heavy lifts.
